Short version: be 18+, be decent, and we all get to keep the lights on.
Stingy is an adult dating service. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18. Age is verified from your date of birth on the server; accounts that fail verification are blocked and may be removed.
One account per person. Keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Impersonation, fake profiles and photos of other people are not allowed.
No harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content involving minors, nudity in profile photos, solicitation, scams, spam or illegal activity.
Every member can block and report. Reports are reviewed and we may remove content, suspend or permanently ban accounts without notice. Objectionable content and abusive users are removed within 24 hours of a report being upheld.
You keep ownership of your photos and text. You grant Stingy a licence to host and display them inside the service so other members can see your profile. You must have the right to upload anything you post.
Stingy offers optional paid tiers. On iPhone, subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID using In-App Purchase and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Entitlements are granted by our servers after purchase validation. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policy.
Stingy does not run criminal background checks on members. Use the safety guidance in the Safety Center, meet in public, and tell someone where you are going.
You can delete your account permanently at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
Stingy is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of other members, whether online or offline.
